Can anyone recommend the best way to remove scars and blemishes ?

Hi,

I have a few scars on my legs that I%26#039;d love to get rid off. I realise that there are loads of products on the market that claim they work but can anyone actually recommend anything ? I%26#039;m tired of experimenting.

Thanks,|||It is really difficult to get rid of scars. Try applying Mederma on the scars. You will see a difference in about 2-3 weeks of continuous usage. Depends on how bad the scars are actually. You can find this at any medical store.

Laser also works well. Go to a beauty clinic and they will advise you whats good for you as per your condition. These procedures are expensive.|||Read this blog before taking any action, your answer is right here:

Thanks to this blog, it helped me a lot to find the best method.

Hope this helps|||See no scars by Mama Mio.

I used this on my c-section scar. Amazing. I know people who have used it on other scars and said it really did wonders.

%26quot;a magic wand for serious scars

They say every scar tells a story鈥?but perhaps you would like to keep your stories to yourself. We have created Mama Mio See-No-Scar Solution for serious scars. Whether your scar is old or new, from a C-section, appendix or cosmetic surgery, our See-No-Scar Solution will help magic away the reminders of any serious scars. Now that鈥檚 what we like, a story with a happy ending!

Mama Mio See-No-Scar Solution contains two key ingredients that encourage your body to heal. Together they form a shield to protect scars and encourage their healing from within.

Dimethicone is a form of silicone which acts as a protective barrier to the skin that reduces moisture loss and helps to increase collagen production which reduces the hardening and raised appearance of scars. It also provides an environment that promotes the skin鈥檚 natural healing to reduce the appearance of scars.

Vitamin E is nature鈥檚 wonder-healer, is an excellent anti-oxidant, keeping skin in good condition and increases the growth of new skin cells. %26quot;|||bio oil is good i have a large raised scar arcoss my back and it has gone down considerably. i started using it two years after my op when it had healed but was so tight and unsightly the oil really helped. Also pineapple is ment to have an enzyme in it that reduces scar tissue dont know if it works its just one of those weird facts i know. but however the oil really dose work little and often but you have to keep it going for months as unfortunatly noithing works over night|||Laser resurfacing would help - but it will be expensive. Mederma is supposed to help too. There are a ton of products out there that claim to be safe and effective against scars and blemishes. Try http://www.gudhealthnow.com; you might be able to %26#039;combine%26#039; a buy 4 get 2 free offer with a 90 day return policy to get it for free, pretty much...|||a laser treatment is the only thing that works permanently, and even that doesn%26#039;t always last forever ;-)

plus, it%26#039;s far from cheap.

what you can do at home is regular peelings (the dead cells are removed, and new skin is building) and massage with a rich oil (olive or almond) or cocoa butter (the real stuff, not a cheap body butter, though).

but these home remedies will only make the scars less obvious. they will not erase them.|||mederma or bio oil. laser treatments if you have the money.
