How do how get rid of bumps and scars on your back?

I have these bumps and scars on my back and i don%26#039;t know how to get rid of them. what should i use? cocoa butter or ambi or something like that???|||Use a back scrub when you take a bath or shower, and use a lotion with aloe in it. This will take time, so just be patient. If the scare was from a cut or someone stabbing you in the back, It%26#039;s not going to go away..lol good luck.
