How can i get reed of Scars due to acne in like less then a month or so? Plz i need your help on this one ;p?

Ive had acne for more then four years and now i only have like three pimples on my head but the problem now is the scars from them. So from far away it looks like i have a lot of pimples and i now have to wear make-up plz help!!
