Is there anything that can remove scars?

I want to remove my tattoo on my lower back with wrecking balm cream or any tattoo fade away cream. laser isnt a option. painful, expensive, and not worth my time. and i dont want a cover up cuz i just want a new different tattoo sorta similar. so if i use this product and it leaves a scar permentally..is there anything i can use at walgreens or at any drug store or online that i can use to remove the scar from the tattoo removal cream?|||why not try yuhuan cream for scars removal or you could surf from YUMEIMISE.com for more ideas about removing scars..





but i think tattoo can only be gone in the skin if you will going to see a doctor and let it be laser
